A graduate of the United States Air Force Academy, Michael spent over 15 years in the U.S. Air Force, including his time at the Academy, where he developed a calm, methodical approach to problem-solving and leadership under pressure. His military background translates directly into the way he approaches each job: thoroughly planned, expertly executed, and done right the first time.
Following his military career, Michael went on to launch and grow multiple successful businesses, further sharpening his management skills and customer-first mindset.
